  • September 27, 2001
    • 10:15 AM: Dis-enrolled from Indiana Wesleyan University for failing to adapt to college life according to Jennie Conrad’s claim.
    • 2:00 PM: Spoke to Dr. Vance Maloney to discuss the now-infamous 9/27 letter as well as the meeting with Jerry Harrell and Jennie Conrad. No resolution was made and obtained a second opinion in July 2002.
    • 3:30 PM: Called Sam Murphy at Vocational Rehabilitation to discuss the next steps. Nothing would be done until January 19, 2018, when Ann Sattley offered a resolution.
    • 6:00 PM: Two close friends, Holly Everman (1980-2017), Robyn Hurd (1961-2012), and I discussed the now-infamous 9/27 letter. Robyn learned the news from Alexandra Moffitt while I told Holly what happened. Holly recommended finding another college or university to attend. Also discussed was a “No IWU Zone.”

    • 9:00 AM: The first “No IWU Zone” went into effect. The area was:

      • North of 50th Street from Meridian Street to Harmon Street,
      • East of Harmon Street from 47th to 50th Street
      • East of Washington Street from 44th to 47th Street
      • North of 44th Street from Poplar to Washington Street

2002

  • January 4, 2002 (My 19th Birthday)
    • The case begins to go cold with no resolution from Dr. Maloney or Sam Murphy at Life Center Counseling and Vocational Rehabilitation, respectively.
  • May 10, 2002
    • My mother, Margaret dies. She was 59.
  • May 11, 2002
    • A day after my mother’s death, I learn that my cousin was arrested for child molesting. Almost immediately, Rick Renbarger is a suspect as well as his sister, Vicki Little.
    • I also terminate seeing Dr. Maloney after failing to find a resolution.
  • August 10, 2002
    • My brother, Albert, dies at Pine Lake in Berne. He was 24.
  • September 6, 2002
    • Lost custody of Tiffani.
    • Representative Payee Abuse would last until June 1, 2018.

2003

  • March 18, 2003
    • Regained custody of Tiffani 12 days after moving.
  • March 27, 2003
    • My daughter, Tabitha is born. She dies on July 17, 2018.

  • January 4, 2004
    • Begin living full-time as a woman after 21 years as a male.

    • Gender transition officially begins with the legal name change.

    • During a meeting at Vocational Rehabilitation in Marion, unbeknownst to the intake counselor, the counselor blew the whistle after discussing with yours truly after getting the recommended treatment as well as confirming the next steps in furthering my education.

    • A similar and smaller “No IWU Zone” in Fort Wayne was adopted in addition to the existing one in Marion. The “No IWU Zone — Fort Wayne” is:

    • At 10:30 AM, a 26′ Uhaul truck arrives at the 2900 block of South Carey Street. It was the execution of the move from Marion to Fort Wayne that took only four hours and $500.

    • I open up the letter Ann Sattley mailed on January 19, 2018. It was something I had believed for years.
  • July 18, 2018
    • Tabitha Zinn dies from a self-inflicted knife wound. She was 15.
