Announcement from Ava Zinn: January 23, 2017

On January 19, 2017, while during a dentist appointment at Lifetime Smiles in Marion, Indiana, I had seen the upper roof of my mouth had a lesion. Upon checking out, I had learned my insurance didn’t cover the injury and I knew something was wrong, obviously at the hands of my own girlfriend.

My girlfriend of two years 49-year-old Kymberly Alvaraz, had overcooked a fateful Christmas dinner that caused great oral injury consistent to injuries confirmed by Doctor Schindler at Lifetime Smiles. After reviewing what my options were about a way to pay a $650 dental bill, I was really upset. But nothing compared to what I would endure moments after leaving the dentist on the afternoon of January 19.

Two days earlier while I was at my family physician at the South Side Medical Park in Marion, I was unofficially diagnosed with a stomach ulcer caused from an unrelated incident that turned out to be one of my closest calls in 30 years, if not the closest call in my life. I had that instinct I knew something wasn’t right and the fact it was the close call was ON MY BIRTHDAY two weeks earlier after enduring an illness that was stemmed from a December 29, 2016 incident near downtown Marion. I had vomited for two days straight right after The Voice 11 finale.

After returning home from the dentist, things escalated to the point where I’ll never forget the actions of my 22-month-old son, Kenneth, and what my 13-year-old daughter, Tabitha, did. Kymberly pushed me on to the living room couch as hard as she could and the stomach ulcer was acting up. She tried to chock me as hard as she could, but fatherly instinct kicked in. I knew what my next move was since I tried to scream yet muffled. Kenneth came in and that was when I knew what my next move was–gouging one of Kymberly’s eyes and then got up and made a citizen’s arrest. Tabitha pulled Kymberly’s hair as a method of restraint as Kymberly was arrested and I asked Kymberly to leave my home. Another daughter of mine, Ashli, transported to local police where she finally charged with second degree strangulation, domestic battery, and assault.

I then realized I’d been in familiar territory I’ve only been in before with my first girlfriend and the mother of my eldest daughter some 20 years ago and the second time was October 2013 with the same woman–my first girlfriend (Amanda Davidson). I knew it was domestic violence. I knew it then when Amanda pushed me hard when I was living with my mom in Van Buren in 1994 and I knew it when Kymberly laid her hands on me on January 19.

Aside from enduring domestic violence both as a guy (I was an 11 year old boy) in 1994 and as a transgender woman now 34 years of age. I saw the same signs, Kenneth saw on January 19. What I saw in my son, Kenneth, that day and my now-oldest daughter, Samantha, in 1994 was me nearly 35 years earlier when my parents got into a domestic spat (I remember sleeping through the ordeal).

The differences from the 1994 incident with Amanda and the 2017 incident with Kymberly was, Kymberly was three months pregnant with my twin girls (to be named Alisan Wé and Saara Jessica) at the age of 49, which is a rarity, while in the 1994 incident, Amanda wasn’t. For all I know, I must have missed the warning signs about postpartum depression that I should’ve known about. I had suspected Kymberly had postpartum depression, yet wasn’t sure about the facts until I watched an episode of “Deadly Women” on YouTube recently. In particular, after watching one particular episode or two of “Deadly Women” had Paula Sims and Kelly Silk if I recall had in my opinion had even worse postpartum depression that didn’t end well.

Another difference was the fact, is It is the same Kymberly that was declared the highest bidder when I auctioned off my virginity in 2014. Amanda, on the other hand, did not pay for the long term relationship rights. Kymberly was the first to pay for the Relationship Agreement.

Will this mean my relationship with Kymberly end in a breakup or even legal action? Since my virginity auction is considered prostitution in Indiana, I’m basically been a “gay hoe” (or an awful slang term describing a slutty transwoman being a prostitute) for the money. If Kymberly wants to mend the long-term relationship after this incident, she will need to be on some psychiatric medication that will definitely help her and with the fact Kymberly approaching menopause, I think there is a slight chance the relationship can be saved. Kymberly will also need some psychological help professionally to help her postpartum depression and with being diagnosed with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder myself (a matter of what will work for yours truly).

There is a reason why I still have a Dating and Relationships policy since January 4, 1993. The six Relationship Agreements I made with Amanda, Elisa (Everman), Angie (Willis), Christy (Johnson), and Kymberly are basically treated as marriages in some way. In all of those relationships, the aforementioned five women are automatically sex partners of yours truly — no ifs and/or buts about that. It may be one of the strictest relationship policies as it’s considered to be a legally binding agreement and a date when the contract ends. On two occasions, the relationship ended after I caught her cheating since I’ve never did do any infidelities and loyal. On another occasion, the second relationship with Amanda ended after she effectively caused major property damage.

Another issue or two to consider whether or not to even thinking about ending the long term relationship with Kymberly has to be the question whether to impeach Kymberly under Jessica’s Policy (enacted on January 4, 2010 in honor of the late Jessica Berg and initially a tougher dating and relationship policy) á la a Presidential Impeachment. The second issue, also since Jessica’s Policy went into effect, which is how will Kymberly react to getting that “Dreaded Dear Jane Letter” I will send if and when should I have to end the long term relationship with Kymberly.

With that in mind, I am giving Kymberly ONE LAST CHANCE since Kymberly and I have invested more than I’ve invested in Angie and Amanda combined. If Kymberly doesn’t fulfill these expectations in what’s effectively a reconciliation, I may have to end the relationship with Kymberly on January 3, 2018 (the same day the current agreement expires). So we’ll have to wait and see.

2014 Year in Review

The following is a list of events on AvaZinn.com and Vote for the Girls in 2014. Events listed include information about changes of Zinn Family and friend, controversies and  disputes.

Month Day Event LINK
January 1 Ava Zinn began an over-the-air/Internet stream (via AT&T U-Verse) hybrid as a television provider
(replacing Bright House), the Indianapolis stations (except WNDY and newscasts on WISH, WXIN and WTHR) were replaced by
out-of-market (and out-of-state) affiliates of the corresponding networks, including stations in Chicago (WBBM-CBS, WLS-ABC, WGN-CW, WMAQ-NBC, and WFLD-Fox), Miami (WPLG-ABC and WSVN-Fox), Tampa (WTVT-Fox and WTSP-CBS), New York (WCBS-CBS and WNYW-Fox), Chattanooga (WDSI-Fox), Harrisburg/York (WPMT-Fox, WGAL-NBC, WHTM-ABC), and Dayton (WRGT-Fox).  The substitution began on July 15, 2012 and continued in 2014.
March 1 Following the eliminations of American Idol favorites Marrielle Sellars and Jillian Jensen, Zinn goes on a meat strike (essentially going vegetarian) for an undetermined amount of time. It is later revealed in a  Twitter post on March 28 the meat strike will last for the rest of the year, and will last until January 3, 2015. The meat strike ended on December 25, 2014.
15 Vote for the Girls UK broadcasts the final Ariel Swaringen appearance before her death 1 week later.
18 and 20 The final episode of the original US version of Vote for the Girls with Ariel Swaringen as moderator. Swaringen had died on March 22; the remainder of the fifth season of Vote for the Girls USA were shown broadcast as an “in memoriam” tribute to her from March 25 to the season finale.
April 5 Vote for the Girls UK gets its first loss on The Voice UK series 3.
10 Five days after Jermain Jackman won The Voice UK series 3 and upon seeing that Malaya Watson had the lowest number of votes on American Idol, Holly Everman is shoved to the floor when a fight begins on the Vote for the Girls set between moderators of Vote for the Girls US and Vote for the Girls UK. The fight originated between Holly Everman and Khayla Chow, after Everman called Chow a bi-black bimbo.
18 Ava Zinn announced on her YouTube channel after learning Jessica Meuse landed in the bottom two that she followed through on her threat to auction her virginity as a male. It was announced on November 29 that 47 year old Kymberly Alvaraz, originally from Denver, Colorado had been the winning bidder.
29 Upon seeing that Bria Kelly was not saved on the sixth season of The Voice of America of which criticized the moderators for not including Indianapolis native Josh Kaufman as a Vote for the Girls pick because the site’s operations are in the state of Indiana, yet supported Alisha Bernhardt and Marrielle Sellars on American Idol 11 and 13, respectively. Kellie Rock stormed out muttering “this is a f—ing joke” while confrontation between Maribel Mort and Veronica Willis (in which Mort referring to either Willis or Everman as “slutty bi-bimbos”) led to Willis punching Mort into the face and forcefully shoving Mort to the floor, and subsequently a full-scale brawl in the audience with items hurled and punches thrown. Audience members, several stage hands, Jameson, and Everman themselves got involved, with Jameson and Everman intervening to separate the pair. In the process, Ava Zinn was struck in the head by a a can of shaving cream and escaped uninjured yet washed out the shaving cream off her head.
May 1 Upon hearing Sam Woolf was eliminated, Ava Zinn stripped naked after she celebrated by spontaneously whipping off her shirt and falling to her knees in her bra (a la Brandi Chastain in the 1999 FIFA Women’s World Cup finals). It was not the first time Zinn “pulled a Brandi Chastain” as three years earlier after learning Haley Reinhart and Lauren Alaina made the Top 3 of American Idol’s tenth season.
6 During The Voice season 6 Top 8 results after learning Christina Grimmie was saved, Ava Zinn creates more controversy by “Twerking,” a YouTube that some described as “raunchy” and “provocative”. It also included a strip tease by Zinn, which critics had similar comments about.
20 Supporters of Christina Grimmie (via Vote for the Girls) and Josh Kaufman (via Indianapolis NBC affiliate WTHR) engage in a Twitter and Facebook brawl involving WTHR anchors and Vote for the Girls moderators. Jennifer (Tedder) Morris, a supporter of Kaufman initiated the conflict with fans of Grimmie when another supporter of Grimmie (Holly Everman) began intercepting and cyberbullying non-supporters of eventual American Idol 13 4th place contestant Jessica Meuse after Zinn posted incorrect voting info for Meuse and calling supporters for Kaufman “girl-hating commies.” The fifth season of the site’s YouTube series was already called off on April 17 a day before Vote for the Girls founder and Aministrator Ava Zinn announced she was auctioning off her virgininty and her desire to have sexual interourse with a biological female for the final time as a biological male as part of Zinn’s ongoing gender transition from male to female, a threat Zinn made earlier if a male won The Voice and/or American Idol, which did happen on both The Voice and American Idol. The following day after Christina Grimmie’s third place finish (and Vote for the Girls’ first loss on The Voice), on May 21, Everman had shaved off her traditionally long hair immediately upon learning Jena Irene (Asciutto) was runner-up, and consequently, along with Vote for the Girls moderator Kellie Rock began to wear breast binders for the rest of the summer, while Ava Zinn and Kathi Jameson wore strapless tops and halters for the remainder of the summer.
June 1 For the Vote for the Girls Punishment following the losses on The Voice 6 and American Idol 13, the transgendered women (Ava Zinn and Kathi Jameson) and biological women (Kellie Rock and Holly Everman) essentially trade respective gender identity roles: To coincide with their gender transitions from male to female, Zinn and Jameson begin strapless tops, halters, and bikinis over the summer, accompanied by Zinn not wearing a skirt or dress for the summer while Jameson continues her gender transition with skits and dresses; Everman and Rock returns the favor by binding their breasts to create a flat-chested appearance, with Everman passing as a male after her head is shaved and appearing more masculine and wearing male clothing (later revealed to be her father’s) and Rock passing as a woman that had breast cancer.
26 It is announced that Ava will bring INNewsCenter back after a three year hiatus. The revival of INNewsCenter launched on December 28.
July 11 The sixth season premiere of the American adaptation of Vote for the Girls premieres with “Ava’s Virginity Auction,” following the decision to put Ava Zinn’s virginity to the highest female bidder, and the media firestorm that followed after the site’s failure to support Christina Grimmie and Jena Irene Asciutto to victory and a perfect season.
19 As part of a Vote for the Girls Reward as winning moderators, Ava Zinn (as the winning moderator for Tessannne Chin’s victory on The Voice 5), makes the bicycle trip from Marion to Muncie (clad in a strapless pantsuit) visiting Concannon’s Bakery and Cafe (as well as stopping by a Dollar General store in nearby Gaston, in addition to Dollar Tree, Walmart, Speedway, and Aldi) in Holly Everman’s hometown of Muncie. Everman returned the favor spanning three days starting on August 12, 2014 when she biked from Castleton Square Mall to Anderson, from Anderson to Marion (at which necessitated Everman’s relocation to Marion after announcing she and her wife, Veronica, divorced after two years) on August 13, and finally from Marion to Van Buren to visit the Popcorn Festival.
August 11 Tribune Broadcasting signs a deal with CBS to have WTTV (channel 4) become the network’s Indianapolis affiliate. The move to WTTV, effective New Year’s Day 2015, will end CBS’ 58-year relationship with WISH-TV (channel 8), and is reportedly the result of disagreements between CBS and the LIN Media-owned WISH over the network’s demands for reverse compensation of retransmission consent from its affiliates. This eventually spawned the second major network affiliation switch in Indianapolis in over 35 years as WRTV (channel 6) and WTHR (channel 13) switched networks with NBC moving from WRTV to WTHR and ABC moving from WTHR to WRTV, and was confirmed December 22 that WTTV and WISH will swap affiliations, with CW moving from WTTV to WISH.
22 Holly Everman is arrested for her second DUI on the northeast side of Indianapolis after driving northbound on the southbound lanes of Binford Boulevard, and was recorded as having a 0.17 percent blood-alcohol content. She was sentenced to one year probation in a Marion County, Indiana court in Indianapolis on September 10, 2014 and another year of probation and 40 hours of community service five days later in a Grant County court for her role in the Vote for the Girls brawl that began the brunt of Everman’s troubles. She entered a rehabilitation clinic for alcohol abuse and anger management counseling as part of her court obligation, of which she is forbidden from consuming or possessing alcohol and her driving privileges were revoked for a period of six months and 20 days (expiring on March 30, 2015). She will be subject to random drug testing as a condition of her probation. In addition, the judge stipulated that any subsequent OWI or DUI charge in a three year period will be treated as a felony. Everman was also forbidden from doing any media interviews or making comments related to the Vote for the Girls (other than voting but cannot post who she voted for) on social media during the suspension.
24 Vote for the Girls USA is dealt another loss as the site was unable to help Audrey Kate Geiger and Dana Williams to the site’s first victory on the ABC show “Rising Star.”
September 3 Valerie Rockey becomes the first Vote for the Girls supported contestant to be saved from the site’s first loss on the American version of So You Think You Can Dance.
18 Following the defeat of Emily West, a Vote for the Girls-supported contestant on the ninth America’s Got Talent, it is announced the terminations of Khayla Chow and Kathi Jameson from the respective United Kingdom and United States adaptations of Vote for the Girls following previous incidents between moderators. Jameson would later appear on the Australian adaptation of Vote for the Girls.
26 Production of the United Kingdom adaptation of Vote for the Girls was nearly abruptly halted by two guests, later identified as Khayla Chow and Victoria Glassering that would cause trouble. This was due to the fact that other commitments of Zinn’s had to be fulfilled and according to Zinn’s contract production of Vote for the Girls could not be rescheduled, stopped, or delayed for any reason, even weather delays.

A third guest (identified as Witney Mitchell), unaware Zinn’s schedule until being informed at a later date, tried to disrupt production 90 minutes into the rehearsal for the start of the second series, startling moderator Tracia Ward and creating a disruption.

29 A viewer of the American adaptation of Vote for the Girls, intentionally crashes a truck into the building’s lobby as the viewer went too far and one Vote for the Girls moderator (Karly Ryder, Jr.) was booed off the set and her future on the site was put in jeopardy. Ryder as well as Zinn, subsequently received death threats from some viewers, and in one instance the same viewer threatened to murder Holly Everman. No staffers were injured as a result of the incident. Ava did not upload the Dancing with the Stars result on its YouTube channel.
October 1 For the fifth consecutive year, the moderator panel of both the American and British adaptations of Vote for the Girls participate in the Leg Beards for Breast Cancer as part of the moderator’s Punishment for Failure after Christina Grimmie finished third place on the sixth season of The Voice and Jena Asciutto finished runner-up on the thirteenth season of American Idol
21 Just a month after she was terminated, Khayla Chow, is shot and killed in a shoot out with three Vote for the Girls moderators (Kymerly Alvaraz, Kendra Ray, and Julia Passalt) upon learning Vote for the Girls-supported contestant Brittany Butler was not saved by Pharrel Williams on the seventh season of The Voice, as well as violating a restraining order Zinn filed after Chow’s termination. Alvaraz suffered a gunshot wound to one of her calves as a result of the incident.Alvaraz is later charged with second-degree involuntary manslaughter and was later found not guilty of the charges while Ray is later charged with assisting a criminal.
November 1 The moderator panel of both the American and British adaptations of Vote for the Girls continue the moderator’s Punishment for Failure by participating in No Shave November for the first time in the site’s history.
12 Upon seeing Mia Pfirrman was not saved by her mentor Adam Levine on the seventh season of “The Voice,” Karly Ryder, Jr. gouges the eyes of two of Ava Zinn’s children using a pair of stilettos and the following day, Ava Zinn announces the terminations of Ryder from of Vote for the Girls USA and is replaced by Tracia Ward. Karly Ryder, Jr. would later appear on the Australian adaptation of Vote for the Girls.
18 A day after Vote for the Girls USA gets its only victory of 2014 after the elimination of Tommy Chong and Peta Murgatroyd, Ava Zinn announces she will impose the “Ava Zinn Close Friend Mandate” beginning at the start of 2015 and taking the Vote for the Girls Pledge as a condition of remaining close friends with Ava Zinn.
20 Dan Alvaraz, the husband of Kymberly Alvaraz, files for an at-fault divorce, citing adultery by his wife, Kymberly (Christian) Alvaraz and naming Ava Zinn and fellow transwoman Kristina Chow from Houston as co-respondents. News of the divorce filing became public when it was first widely reported that Kymberly Alvaraz and Ava Zinn are involved in a lesbian relationship, and is confirmed on November 28.
24 Alfonso Ribiero wins the nineteenth season of Dancing with the Stars, giving Holly Everman her fifth victory as the winning moderator. It would be the only Vote for the Girls USA Victory in 2014 (not counting the Moderators’ Saves of Valerie Rockey and DaNica Shirey)
25 The moderator panel of Vote for the Girls USA unanimously decide to use their Moderators’ Save on DaNica Shirey, the last remaining female contestant following the eliminations of Reagan James and Anita Antionette, on the seventh season of The Voice. Shirey is eliminated the following Tuesday.
28 Kymberly Alvaraz is found not guilty of fatally shooting Khayla Chow.
29 As part of an ongoing negotiation deal with Zinn and her desire to relocate to Indianapolis, it is revealed that Ava Zinn had successfully auctioned off her virginity to Kymberly (Christian) Alvaraz for an undisclosed sum with the sexual encounter that reportedly took place at Zinn’s home on August 31, 2014 with Alvaraz signing a three-year long term relationship deal with Zinn to have Alvaraz as the sixth girlfriend of Ava Zinn. The Ava Zinn/Kymberly Alvaraz relationship agreement ended Alvaraz’s 30-year relationship with Dan Alvaraz, Kymberly’s husband since 1994, is reportedly the result of irreconcilable differences between Dan Alvaraz and Kymberly as well as disagreements between Ava Zinn and several of Zinn’s friends on her Facebook profile over the Zinn’s demands for compensation. Zinn also indicated that as of January 4, 2015 pay yours truly a monthly fee of $2.50 or $35 a year if a majority of Ava Zinn’s Facebook friends choose not to support Ava Zinn’s popular, yet controversial Vote for the Girls the site securing a victory. Zinn also indicated she will find someone that will take the Vote for the Girls pledge as a condition of maintaining such close friendship as Holly Everman and Rachael Passalt are such friends that have taken the Vote for the Girls pledge.
December 1 Three children of the Vote for the Girls moderator panel begin their gender transition from male to female exactly ten years after Ava Zinn began her own transition. Rachael Passalt, Denise Alvaraz, and Tiffani Zinn, all become the respective transgendered daughters of Julia Passalt, Kymberly Alvaraz, and Ava Zinn.  The gender transition of Rachael Passsalt now leaves Nickolas Passalt as the only remaining son of Julia Passalt while the gender transitions of Tiffani Zinn and Denise Alvaraz results in both Ava Zinn and Kymberly Alvaraz with no remaining male children.
14 The moderator panel of Vote for the Girls UK decline the defeat of Fleur East, is announced the runner-up of the eleventh series of “The X Factor UK.”
20 Ava Zinn’s Vote for the Girls picks to win Strictly Come Dancing, Caroline Flack and Frankie (Sanford) Bridge are respectively announced announced the winner and runner-up of the twelfth series of Strictly, which is the UK version of Dancing with the Stars.

Turkey-less on Thanksgiving 2014 and Losing Gracefully

Almost nine months into the vegetarian diet, I had to face an obstacle as it was my first Thanksgiving without a turkey.

So I researched Turkey alternatives and found a replacement in Tofurky Vegan Roast and Savory Stuffed Turk’y ith Gravy by Gardein.

But there was a big problem, after I researched the two products–both of them are carried by Whole Foods, which does not have a location in Marion, yet there is such a store in Indianapolis.

IMG_1417.JPG

So that being said, and not wanting to make the brutal bike trip to Indy… I had no choice but to go to Meijer in Marion to get what is close enough to the replacement…

IMG_1419.JPG

And then coming across a tofurkey recipe I found online and skeptical to try it on Thanksgiving, the end result was either undercooked or overcooked….

Now with Black Friday coming up, I am thinking “this vegetarian thing could go on into 2015 if DaNica Shirey does win.”

That being said, earlier this week, my closest friend, Holly Everman, became a winning moderator as her Vote for the Girls pick (Alfonso Ribeiro and Witney Carson) won Dancing with the Stars 19. I had made the decision to add DWTS as a make-up competition and the moderators of the Vote for the Girls site were divided into two teams based on biological sex (transwomen vs women–the Transwomen are in the Purple team and the Women in the Pink team).

Unlike the other competitions (like The Voice, American Idol, and Rising Star and to a lesser extent as the fellow makeup competitions of So You Think You Can Dance and America’s Got Talent) that have one winner, all the moderators’ picks were good since there were no Vote for the Worst picks on DWTS (the closest to such are basically not chosen by the moderator panel).

As for the 20th season of Dancing with the Stars: I can confirm that Holly Everman and Julia Passalt will not be participating and won’t make a DWTS pick because Everman’s pick won DWTS a 19 and Passalt made a great deal with the “Male Moderator” before the Rising Star finale in August with an $8 Million offer.

There is more to come next week as I celebrate 10 years as Ava Zinn, and trust me, it will start with a shocking announcement from April 18, 2014 and something that will change everything.

A little earlier than planned…

Pretty much official now, Ava Zinn is auctioning off her virginity.

Pretty much official now, Ava Zinn is auctioning off her virginity.

I know it may sound like I’m now doing my own porn (and seeing me as a prostitute or escort) thanks to the virginity auction of mine. Many of my friends (especially those who knew me before I began transitioning to a woman) have really been shocked since I made the announcement of my decision to auction off my virginity on April 18, 2014. It is clearly not sitting well with many of my close friends of nearly 20 years and they believe in their heart of hearts that it is not OK for me to be doing this, but after the eliminations of Malaya Watson and Jessica Meuse on American Idol, I said I would auction off my virginity and now Jessica Meuse’s elimination is reason why I decided to auction off my virginty.

Another reason why the virginity auction is now necessary is that back in 1994 when I first realized I felt more female than male first even considered this but no one knew about this. It physically pains me that I still have the male demon that needs to be released. There were times during my senior year that emotionally I was hurting so bad that I was feeling sick to my stomach to the point I almost threw up, and sometimes I just get panic attacks. Yeah, that was when I had been forced to live as a male and basically failed miserably as a biological male until I realized I made an earlier attempt to transition to the female gender in December 1995, but knowing had I came out back then, the consequences would have been a Hell of a lot different than they are now–it would not be until October 2003 when I officially came out as a transgender female.

Had this been 11 years ago, I know I would have told you this is selfish to take my own life. You know, the doctor prescribed Prozac for depression and anxiety, but those are just fancy words for “selfish.” I knew after I came out as a transgender female that had I remained a male I was going to hurt everyone who loves me (or even worse become another Jeremy Blacnhard, sex offender, or child molester). Obviously, I chose to come out and knowing that if I continued living as a male (besides keeping the male genitals for reproductive purposes since sperm banking would be a huge financial burden.)

Nearly yen years has passed since I began my gender transition, and the roadblocks like hormones, facial feminmization, sperm banking–the latter of which have kept me from transitioning anoy further (not because I’ve been smoking after a fateful prom night my senior year), but it has been like this for too long and there’s still a chance that I will never recover in Marion.

I just don’t see how I can ever have a chance at recovery and fixing everything that was broken my senior year of high school and even though I’ve been far more successful as a woman than I ever had been as a male. I think having sexual intercourse between a biological man (now a pre-op transwoman) and a biological woman, placing the biological man’s virgininty up on the auction block is a much better idea than just stay and die a slow, excruciating death. It feels like that.

I don’t want anyone to feel like this post serving as a suicide note, but more of what you’ll say “Oh, my God! Ava, you were right all along. Why did I choose not to believe you the first time?” My decision to auction off my virginity wasn’t made in haste plus feeling like this is something I have no other choice since all the other options were exhauseted and as a last resort. At this point, there’s pretty much nothing, literally nothing that my friends, family, and fans could have done (other than voting only for the female contestants on shows like American Idol, The X Factor USA, and The Voice of America–and I say thank for that as well as what eventually became VotefortheGirls.us); I know you’ve all tried your damnedest and fought so hard to help me.

I guess it’s like I don’t mean to be over dramatic, per se, but it’s like there’s one small demon inside of me that needs to go.

The only person who can help me now is… the biological woman’s highest bid on the virginity auction that will have sexual intercourse (and yes, I am a transwoman–or as the porn industry call it shemale, an offensive term that all M2F’s hate–that will insert her “male penis” or my enlarged clitoris as I call it into the biological woman’s vagina.)

I really don’t mean to hurt anyone of my friends, family or any fan reading this. Remember that I’m doing a very big favor for all transgender women, of which she should really think about before even starting estrogen therapy.

I’m doing literally no other transgender woman has ever done.

I’ll be a much better person, yet fear worse case scenario

Today, I’ve got something new to think about as the day my virginity auction approaches.

I'm most likely the first American transgender woman to auction off her virginity and the second after....

I’m most likely the first American transgender woman to auction off her virginity and the second after….

I am probably going to be asked this a lot, time and time again and usually by somebody judgmental “aren’t you scared to lose your virginity to a complete stranger?” I try my best to always answer truthfully, no, but I usually don’t bother to point out one giant oversight on the part of the questioner. And that is that a part of this experience does actually make me want to crawl under my bed covers for good.

That part that really physically terrifies me (I had a nightmare about this back in 1994 when I was in the sixth grade, which is the reason for this post), is the thought of posting a nude picture of myself for all to see would create backlash and ridicule. And before you jump on this as an opportunity to prove some point, let me clarify that it is not because as a transgendered woman I am ashamed, fearing jail time (and it may be true about what they say about turning first-time offenders into hardened criminals), worry no one will ever love me because I am trans, or other such BS. I fear this outcome because of primarily one reason – Society. More specifically, the majority of the LGBT community that feels entitled to loudly comment on how others conduct their lives, or do worse. I truly fear and only fear the swift and brutal social backlash that would (if not has already happened) follow my outing, even though it is a backlash I sincerely believe no one has the right to deliver.

For similar reasons, I find it very ironic when someone tells me and I first heard this when I attempted to come out to my mother as a transgender woman in 1994 (but couldn’t bring myself to do so at the time), with hope in their voice (especially my mother’s voice), “you are going to regret this.” Because I might regret this 20 years from now, but it will not be because I made a bunch of money off of something I won’t even miss. It will be because of the cruelty, entitlement, and self-righteousness of the people making such comments. They pose a real threat, as opposed to the so-called “physical and mental trauma” of losing my virginity willingly and on my terms (and years after most have had this experience).

So, think about it. If you were a transgendered woman in my position, what would you be terrified of? Deny it all you want, but it would be the same. If you happen to be one of the commentators I mentioned, or of similar mind, I suggest you think about this even more. You may think you are helping, but take it from me you really are not. Alternatively, you may be validating yourself, but you are still the same self-absorbed a**ehole. If you think about it, you are not as good as you think you are. And, without question, you are way out of line.

I absolutely love this post because I am more certain than ever that this experience will make me an exceedingly better than in years past! Here are just some of the ways how:

  1. I know first hand the sting of hateful, pitying, or righteous judgments. I also have learned that judgments never take 100 percent of the full story into consideration, and they are never ever productive. I will never judge anyone again. So future fans, lay it on me! Present friends and fans of mine, feel free to slam me and I won’t blame you one f**kin’ bit.
  2. Likewise, I will approach all with the extra empathy that I have acquired through this experience.
  3. I have learned to respect everyone’s humanity, even if you cannot manage to understand them (lord knows most people do not understand me, if not already because of my trans status).
  4. I have become quite the enthusiast for both thinking and acting outside of the box. What leads to greater progress?
  5. I have become incredibly efficient and effective at my tasks – it has not always has been easy juggling my job with Vote for the Girls, home life (which has taken a big hit since February 2014), and this auction, but this trans girl 31 years of age  does what she needs to do.
  6. I have found new causes that I care passionately about – sexual health and sexual freedom, and the health and rights of sex workers — especially transgendered women like myself. It is true you care the most about what affects you personally, or about things that are a part of your experiences. Nothing has ever gotten me as worked up as these issues do, and I get worked up over social issues a lot! A clear example is Vote for the Girls USA.

Will there be a downside? Absolutely, should this get out in the press. It is very possible some uppity clerks and waitresses will deem me not good enough for them. But the truth is I have never been very concerned about reaching this type of person – they most likely will have other options, and if they don’t they will quickly find a way to get over my “indiscretion”. No, instead I more interested in with an unmet need for action. So, I myself do not see see a worthy downside (besides jail time or paying a fine to Indiana Governor Mike Pence, and if I play my cards right, I think I will most likely do the sex act in a hotel in Nevada where prostitution is legal except in Las Vegas, Reno, Carson City).

Melissa Ede. She was the first such transwoman to have auctioned off her virginity, but later canceled the auction.

Afterthought (an important one): The same applies for the widespread stigma that surrounds all sex work among transgendered women like myself. We are such an insincere culture on this topic. We claim to care and know what’s best for sex workers (setting aside the fact that this is condescending to begin with), and then we take such pleasure in calling them whores, gossiping about them, shunning them, and denying them their humanity.

Also, FYI, hopefully I will be back with another update next week since I am busy with my site Vote for the Girls. Oh, and by the way, another transgender woman in the UK named Melissa attempted the same virginity auction, but did not go through with this. So I think I have a damn good shot at becoming the very first transgender woman ever to have sold her virginity (and did so for the final time as a biological male.)

Ava Zinn to auction virginity (as a male) with a catch – SHOCKING

UPDATE (4/20/14): I just published the site of my virginity auction. It is at AvaZinn.US. Once the auction is completed, I will turn AvaZinn.us to a message board/wiki type

It's Official, Ava is selling her virginity (as a biological male)

It’s Official, Ava is selling her virginity (as a biological male)

This is one of the biggest posts and quite frankly the hardest decision I’ve ever made. I had hoped that something like this would never happen and unfortunately it is something that I feel is now necessary after the factors that lead top my final decision to auction of my virginity. Yes, it means that I have unfortunately decided to have sexual intercourse (as a biological male for the last time) with a biological woman. After years of relationship failures as a male that led to a fateful prom night that changed everything.

I posted on Facebook:

Thank y’all so much for your kind words and support over the five years on Facebook and 20 plus years I’ve been friends with a majority–especially Holly Everman Willis, Alec Dailey, Karly Cope, Elaine Ellis, Ramona Reed Tyler, Ashley Dawson, Wendy Becker Simpkins, Telissa Hunt, Justin Planck, Veronica Schmerber, and Kayla Battishill,

Though many long-time friends will be critical of what I will announce on YouTube Friday, I know the true meaning of friendship lies in the heart and being loyal. Since 1994, a dark secret desire of mine was hidden of what eventually lead to this ongoing gender transition (and since the transition began 10 years ago this December, I’ve been more successful as a woman) and a clear evidence is Vote for the Girls USA – Official which has had success last year. Before I came out as ‪#‎MtF‬ in 2003 Megan Stone and Blake Pattison were the last individuals ever to see me as a male (as far as living as a male) and today had I not came out back then I would have taken my own life.

I am so much more than what you hear or see on Vote for the Girls and online (of which I often curse, occasionally bullying, telling those who to vote for) – it’s about being passionate, it’s about fulfilling a goal, it’s about fulfilling an obligation.

Everyone that I have met over the years have proven that to me since my kindergarten year over a quarter-century ago. Thank you for the support over the years allowing me to be far more successful as a woman

Whatever the consequences and repercussions of what I announce on YouTube Friday, I will always become a woman of my word and remain hopeful the best is still yet to come. Thank you all so much for your understanding!

To ensure I am not doing a porn site (of which I have threatened to do if Alex & Sierra did not win The X Factor USA in December), there will be a section of this web site with a link at the front page of AvaZinn.com about the virginity auction in the days to come.  I will also dedicated a section of AvaZinn.com to discussing my difficult decision to sell my virginity. Sure my views on prostitution won’t be posted, and what you will discover that this decision has something to do with Jessica Meuse landing in the bottom group on American Idol (You can bet that this will make national headlines such as “MARION TRANSGENDER WOMAN SELLS VIRGINITY” in the Marion Chronicle-Tribune or “INDIANA TRANSGENDER WOMAN SELLS VIRGINITY FOR LOSING ‘iDOL’ BET in The Indianapolis Star), of which was the final factor in this.

The factors that lead to the decision to auction off my virginity has to be:

  1. The prom my senior year (of which the prom date showed three hours late and 12 years later stripped her of the title) and consequent IWU dis-enrollment
  2. Years of rejection as a male finding a mate (WILL BE FINALLY RESOLVED)
  3. Years of being bullied for being different in the 1990’s
  4. A fourth factor has to be as a Vote for the Girls Punishment for Failure, I think it will make people start realizing that the site needs more support and realize voting for males on American Idol is a serious crime–regardless of how good he is (no offense)

As I hope you can tell, I have devoted a great deal of time, thought, and study to this decision. I have cherished every last moment, and already this will become the historic experience of a lifetime.
